oh he's from malaysia but of cos as usual he's more famous in taiwan

His American name is Nicholas Teo, and the song you're referring to is actually Tears of Polaris. His new album is already out; I posted it on the old forums, but all those posts got wiped, and I didn't save the links. In any case, all of his music is in Mandarin from what I've heard. He acted in a drama called Smiling Pasta and that's where the song is from, I believe.

Yeah Tears Of Polaris is from Smiling Pasta it is in the Smiling Pasta OST
