i'm also a huge fan of Jay Chou ^^
he's a true artist in that he's beginning to write more of his own songs - lyrics, music and everything. i'm not entirely sure but i think he's even begun to direct his own mvs lately.
i personally enjoy more of his pop, r&b, ballad, slow-type songs and not so much the upbeat, fast-tempo, rap songs
all in all, i find a lot of his music to be poetic and meaningful

other artists that i really like are Leo Ku, Hins Cheung, Vincy Chan, Janice Wei
i'm quite critical and all about vocal ability =]

Kaira Gong has a beautiful voice and some great piano parts in her songs. Cheer Chen is really cute with her guitar playing. I've recently gotten into Da Mouth, they make lots of catchy dance songs and the girl Aisa is really pretty :3

Angela Zhang Shao Han is excellent!
She is so diverse. She is so very cute and she has a nice personality.
Her music seems to tell stories.
She also has a beautiful unique sound in my opinion.
