A Taiwan waitress is suing one of her work colleagues because he had given her the nickname ?Looking for Death?.



?I felt I was being insulted all the time in public,? the woman, named Xu, told a court in Taipei City.

The colleague, Huang, did admit to coming up with the name, but claimed that it was all in fun and that he never intended to upset Xu.

The judge told the court that he would feel insulted if he was called ?Looking at Death? and ruled in Xu?s favor ordering Huang to pay around $620 in compensation.

Huang was also told to stop using the nickname.
