Japanator/Momotaro report that the cover art on an information pamphlet about the Beijing Olympics created for Chinese secondary school children has clearly copied a Japanese anime series:

eh?! All I see is an ordinary Chinese product.. They always get famous characters even in other products made in China.. Like Hello Kitty for example, there have been tons of imitations which were proudly made in China. No wonder Sanrio is starting to freak out..

Haruhi? That's not entirely bad, seeing anime characters might draw more readers... Cept the art style just doesn't suit Haruhi =/
