i just finished watching it and loved it. i really wanted those two quiet ones to score with the nurse though by the end of the last episode. i cant wait for the special.

one of the best drama i've ever watched. this drama look alike with Gokusen, but i like this a lot.
if i'm not mistaken the SP should be coming around this season right?

It is indeed somewhat like Gokusen, but at the same time not.
I didn't really like this drama in hte beginning. I was just watching it because of Shirota Yuu XDD haha
But the drama grew onto me, and I fell in love with the characters.
It really is a good drama ^^
I really liked Rookies. It's very inspiring and touching.
The bond that all the brothers shared.
It's a must-see drama for all.
do you guys knows when the SP come out? the last i know it was somewhat around this season? i can't wait to watch it, it seems there's gonna be a new student in their school.
The SP is releasing in the theater on may 30, 2009, according to wikipedia
loved this drama! one of the best! it also did remind me of gokusen but more focused on the storyline related to baseball. overall highly recommended! =)
as for the SP, i already have the raw of it. it's already out i believe. however, there are still no english subs for it. i'm sure the sub group that subbed the drama will get around to it.

Sato Ryuta as Kawato Koichi is so freaking good. Totally hot blooded and always yelling motivational quotes. I cant believe the main student was the star of "All About Lily Chou Chou" though.
This drama would have gone nowhere without Hiratsuka. He is the backbone of the team. Too bad I can't the movie when it opens may 30th. Gotta wait a few months until the dvd comes out ~sigh~.
i have just watched the rookies movie trailer...it looks really good.......wakana's acting skills are getting better.........im wondering when will it be released on dvd?
seems the dvd will be released december 4th this year, only 2 more months =]
