Which New K-Pop Group Will Be the Next Super Star?

    24/07/2007

As if the public has not had enough of K-pop groups like TVXQ and Super Junior, a new batch of girl groups and boy bands are coming out this summer. This August, top entertainment companies S.M. Entertainment, CJ M.net Media and JYP Entertainment are introducing new groups that they believe will be K-pop's next big thing.

S.M. Entertainment will try to replicate the success of its super-sized boy band Super Junior with new all-girl group. The nine-member So Nyeo Shi Dae, which translates to The Era of Girls, will make its debut next month. To generate more buzz for the new group, S.M. Entertainment introduced the members one at a time. Individual videos showing the pretty, fresh-faced girls talking about themselves are also available on the Internet.

    omg why why WHY?!
was it really that necessary to make a female version of Super Junior?!
    >_>
well here's a pic of 'em:

i seriously think they all look the same ._.
    maybe it's the hair?

    their ages are from 16-18.
and if you guys have heard about the "Jessica dated and dumped some korean celebs" rumour...don't take it seriously..
i kinda feel sorry for her..a bad image already =_=

    *flees*

    --EDIT~ness--

As you can see, there are 9 girls, and they're named 'Girlhood', and shall release their 1st single in August.

All are qualified to be the multi talented who have a high quality dancing & singing as well as can communicate in several languages including English, Japanese & more.

the girl in the middle, Yoona, is the band leader, and she is the one who appeared in Super Junior's "U" MV.

The Korean Pop music industry disgusts me. Manufacturing and pumping out pop groups like canned soup. Not only do they look similar, they have similar hairstyles and clothes as well...where the hell is the originality? Another group I'll be avoiding like the plague.

Lol about the same hair style and faces and all...I think there's a part of Plastic Surgery as well...They are well-known for that after all. But yeah, it's nice that they release artists, but like....THAT MUCH? Lol seriously, in the end, you just go off from being too ON with those bands...Kinda sad though...T__T I WANT MY OLD SE7EN, BI RAIN and I want DBSK BACK! I barely hear of them anymore.
