Vic Chou, Don't Want to Be F4 anymore

Vic Chou and Vanness Wu had confessed that they don't want to be in F4 again. Release an album called "I'm Not F4" on October 26, Vic said, "I don't want to just be a handsome doll, please don't call me Zai Zai (Vic's nickname) anymore, please call me Chou Yu Ming (Vic Chou)." Compare to F4, Hanazawa, and Zai Zai, after these few years of growing up, Vic said that he wants to become a "cool man" now. When Vanness Wu was taking an interview, he said, "Being F4 is hard for me! Because it's totally different from who I actually am!"

I don't think so. They both have their aspirations and F4 is merely as actors when they acted in meteor garden. I think that they still do collaborate as a band but known in different name - JVKL or something I dun remember. Plus, F4 is registered to the manga hana yori dango which has lots of adaptation (recently korean drama).
