Recommendations?

I recently started listening to the group Cibo Matto. I like their unique style of music and I'm wondering if aznmedia could recommend me other artists that fit in a similar genre.

I have heard that song and it's one of my favorites, but I'm looking for other groups that fit a similar genre, not other songs by the group.

I haven't found anything quite like Cibo Matto, but you can check out the solo records that the girls have put out individually. Yuka Honda has released two albums, 2002's "Memories are my only Witness" and 2004's Eucademix. Her stuff is on the experimental side, but still very nice. Miho Hatori has released one solo record 2005's "ecdysis" and that is a really great pop record along the lines of Cibo Matto. You can also try to find the group Butter 08, which included Yuka & Miho, plus members of Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Skeleton Key, and Sean Lennon.
