Disbanded bands

It just happened so that i'm making list of disbanded bands since 2000+ (excluding this year). The list i made so fa is taken from JaME and some from this topic (just those for which i could find enough info). I'm googling for more as well but i'd appreciate some hep as well. I'm kind of trying to limit myself with rick bands only but you don't' have to (i'll add to list any disbanded band).

BTW i'd appreciate if you could write from which year they were active (something i still need to add to those that are already on the list xD).

NOTE: in case band disbanded in the past and decided to be active again (like Do As Infinity (disbanded since 2005 and decided to start working last year again) write them as well)

Problems:
I have problems finding correct info when KOHL disbanded, i think it was 2006 but i'm not sure since their newest (est of) album was released in 2007 - help please.

cali≠gari reactivate fm april 2009, after album [10] and live "2009「END OF そろそろ」" they will disband at last.
It's said that another new album [11] will be released, but i didn't see the news on offical site.

u wont find ANY info on it in english. This band is amazing -_-

They were most famously known for their song for Full Metal Alchemist, "Tobira no Mukou e". Their music featured a lot of violin/orchestral. Such a pity they broke up :/

tiaraway (2003-2005)

I have no idea if they count, since they were a fixed term seiyuu duo between Nanri Yuuka (of FictionJunction YUUKA fame) and Chiba Saeko, but I thought they were pretty legit on the J-Pop scene, seeing how they put out a few singles and a full length album. I greatly enjoyed their songs, and was sad that they disbanded (though I really got into them in 2006, and was sad I couldn't find more of their stuff).
