MTV will be airing its annual CC Live show CC07 (Cool Christmas 2007) on December 14. The show will be aired on TV on the following days (meaning its not LIVE possibly)

Thanks for the info...I liked that Otsuka Ai's talk part for HeyHeyHey (the animated gif)....especially the one where her parents go online to talk to them "live" on the tv show....it was hilarious....
