I was wanting to know how some felt about X Japan getting back together with hide sama gone. I've heard some negative opinions and some positive ones. I think personally hide sama would be proud that the other band members are making music together again.
Well, I agree with you. Hide-sama probably would be happy that the band is getting back together and that they are still producing music. (:
I agree too, they made a very nice song, I like how they incorporate guitar and piano in some of their songs.
I think that X-Japan re-uniting is an amazing thing however I just don't feel that same kinda "magic" when I heard I.V.
X-japan now, is a ****in' money factory... I guess they will work 6 months, then die again... Before releasing a new "ultimate memorial bestof - 10th hide's death anniversary platinum edition".
You could thing my word is a joke, but i can use some marketing's technicals words to explain this re-unit as a first step of a bigger plan.
I'm really jealouse, why i don't though about "using dead people to get money" earlier...

that's reality for u. artists and most pple becomes famous or popularity increases onli after their DEATH or Disband. look at Luna Sea, Zard, DAI and u noe wat i mean. this does not onli occur to music artists but also those who draw portraits. an obvious sign that pple onli learn to cherish somethng onli after their disappearance.Originally Posted by jun.in.mess
as for X-japan's reunion~let's hope it's not a temporary 1 and the music sure to change esp without hide and after so many years out of action. let's hope they remain "rock style" and change for e beta.

It's not an absolut truth... Some people became famous after dying, not the most...
Anyway, visual kei is dead, bands make moey outside japan today, make MOST of their money outside japan. It's not enough to say this re-unit will work on long time.
I feel there is something missing without Hide.

I would still go see them live if they have another performance though. I was surprised Toshi can still sing that high lol
to be honest, i'm more then happy that x-japan has reformed. I first heard of X three years after hide passed away and now i finally get the chance to see them live if possible. however, i'm just afraid that they may see this as a quick buck? form now, disband 6 months later. oh well, we'll see how things go
let's hope that toshi can still sing like the old days unlike his performance at the end of the band's life... I am really waiting for this to happen!
But its still good to hear them again after a decade than X Japan dies too along with Hide...

For Hide...guess that happens a lot in bands...and I just hope the band keep their way...
