    Underground groups?

Does anyone know of some good Krock or indie bands? I love Kpop and all, but sometimes I like a break from pop music. The bands I've heard of so far are My Aunt Mary, The Breeze, The Cross, The The Band, and Rocket Diary. Please let me know of more indie, underground groups.

I'm into hip hop groups too! LOVE Epik High, MC Mong, MC Sniper.

    Thanks! ^____^

Sorry, I haven't heard of any of those groups, unfortunately. Most of my music comes from friends and family, so I'm not really connected to the music scene in Korea. It's cool that you like hip-hop, Korea has some real talent. I also like Drunken Tiger's old work, it's classic.

Have you heard of Humming Urban Stereo or the Peppertones? They're not exactly underground but they're fairly low-key compared to, say, Clazziquai. I could give you some samples if you'd like.

Yea, I've heard of Humming Urban Stereo. They're very different, but I like it! It's kinda like lounge music. But yea, I find it hard to find indie bands. I guess pop music really dominates in Korea. But the Krock and indie bands I've heard are great!

    KRock

I Like The Trax, With Strong Vocal. Maybe U can try.
    I don't really like Rock.

But You can try Vanila Unity, Schizo [Indie Rock], Normal K-Rock: Sang Sang Band & Cherry Filter.

Hip Hop: Bae Chi Gi, JTL{old group}, Chistopher, Uptown 5thAlbum, Big Bang [Now Booming].

hum...I recently discover a K-rock band (do not know if there are still indies or not, but they frequently change recording studio) it's EVE. They have a quite huge discography with around 8 albums and they sound really great (like japanese "classic" visual rock band)
