Does anyone know what the deal is with the group that supposedly should have debut like months ago?

I'm talking about Park Bom, Sandara Park, CL, Gong Min Ji ... I wonder what the delay is? perhaps timing in terms of the market? or they not meshing well with the whole colaberative effort ~ I really want to see their release ~ so much talent individually and Park Bom is getting old ... she needs to debut like 2 years ago or go solo ...
