its been 7 months since i got back from japan and still have had no luck trying to locate this tune, soon as i got home from japan i added the video to youtube in hope that someone may see it and tell me what it was but no luck , so now i seek help from all you wonderful people !!

i think it can be Nishimura Yukie but the title i dunt know, but maybe it helps yu to smalling yur search.
