Haruma Miura joins "Crows Zero II" as Oguri's rival

Up-and-coming actor Haruma Miura has landed another major role: he has been cast in the upcoming "Crows ZERO" sequel (directed by Takashi Miike). He will play the part of protagonist Genji Takaya's (Shun Oguri) greatest opponent.

The movie is set months after the first "Crows ZERO." Miura plays Tatusya Mito, the leader of Housen Gakuen, the rival school of Genji's Suzuran. RIZE drummer Nobuaki Kaneko is also appearing in the film playing the third-year Housen student Narumi, an original character for the film.

"Crows ZERO 2" is scheduled for a 2009 release.

Nice very nice, i really loved the first movie, yes granted it had its cheesy moments here and there but it was very entertaining.

i thought the first movie was great with the crazy action fighting. Except yes there was some cheezy funny parts in the movie. I forgot kamiji was in the movie with dreads. The movie was basically the whole cast of rookies i swear loool

I loved the first part ... I just can hope that the second is (at least) as good as the first
And Miura's acting skills are quite good (that's my opinion)
