Well this sounds promising with someone like him at the helm, and from the sounds of things I hear the movie will be based around the end of dragonball and some of the saiyan arc, a remix of sorts, sooo hopefully they focus a lot on the martial arts like dragonball did and try and tone down the AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHH of dbz
Stephen Chow and James Wong can probably do it pretty good justice, and of course it'll be cheesy. As for the actor "playing" Goku, since Goku's not human who says he's asian. I have to agree though I don't think he looks right for the part.
Besides, the Wachowsky brothers (however you spell their name) are doing Speed Racer. How bad do you think would be? Ugh. Neo meets Racer X?

i still can't believe they are actually making it into a movie...
if they are.. at least choose actors that fit the parts of the characters better... i.e. some random American playing goku... lawl

with the supposed $100M budget, i sure hope it is good....they need to cast western actors for international appeal at least, like how they casted that mexican (or spanish? forgot) woman...cos the fanbase there is pretty huge....although i do agree its not the best cast selection...hopefully when they make the EVA movie if they ever get to it, it'll be a lot better
lets just sit down relax, and wait for the movie to be out. and hope that its something that we expect it to be.
