Second season of "Iryu" confirmed

Fuji TV has confirmed a second season of the medical drama series "Iryu," starring Kenji Sakaguchi. Also returning are Teppei Koike and Kuranosuke Sasaki, among others, while Yuki Uchida joins the cast as a medical journalist.

"Iryu 2" will air on Thursday at 10:00pm, starting in October.

Hey. Iryu is good medi dorama, nice to see it come back. Oh no Oct is am ont full of good dorama. Iryu showed alot surgery about heart problem, nice to see it return.

For those who have not watched the 2nd season, please do take out some time and watch it. It's definitely one of the best dramas this season, along with Galileo.

More people are involved in this 2nd season, including the gorgeous Uchida Yuki, and from the 1st season, Mizukawa Asami.
